We do our best to get your handmade items to you as quickly and safely as possible. Each order is crafted, packed, and shipped with care — from our hands to yours. ❤️
Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship items are packaged and sent within 3–5 business days.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–14 business days (sometimes a little longer during busy seasons).
We’ll always let you know if there’s ever a delay — communication is important to us!
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).
Orders under $50 will have shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Local Pickup
If you’re nearby and want to save on shipping, we’re happy to arrange a local pickup. Just choose “Local Pickup” at checkout (if available) or contact us directly to set up a time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or goes missing, please reach out to the carrier first with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During the holiday season (November through December), order volume and carrier delays can extend delivery times.
We recommend placing your holiday orders at least 2–3 weeks early to ensure they arrive in time for gift-giving.
Custom orders may require additional processing time, so please plan ahead — our elves (okay, it’s really just us!) appreciate the extra time to make everything perfect.
International Shipping
At this time, we DO NOT offer international shipping. (If we add it later, we’ll update this section!)
