Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Every piece we make is crafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work. But we also understand that sometimes things just don’t work out — so here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

It must be in its original packaging

You’ll need proof of purchase or your order number
Because each item is handmade, custom or personalized pieces (including made-to-order wood items) can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If it is, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Just email us at CraftedAndRooted77@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll get a replacement sent out or work with you on a fair solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Accidents happen — if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Shipping Returns
Before sending any item back, please contact us at CraftedAndRooted77@gmail.com for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged product.
